Le Québécois Antigua

Well, where do I start...maybe with the food: Freshly made with lots of passion and love. If you sit inside you can watch it getting made. It's super delicious. First time I had Poutine and I'm definitely coming back to try the other ones :). Local beers and craft beers... But the cherry on top is the owner Esteban. What a nice guy. You can have great food, great conversations and great vibes. 100% recommended!

Absoluetly love the place and the food I never went to a Quebecan Restaurant before, so i didn't know what to expect. We had the poutine and the lasagna, both was absoluetly amazing. Esteban is such a lovely person and the offers the best service. Come check it our, you won't regret it!

An absolute must try when in Antigua! The food was delicious and you can tell a lot of love was put into each plate. I had been wanting to try it out for a while and finally made it by. It didn’t disappoint. I order the Hot Chicken Sandwich and it tasted like it was right out of my grandmas kitchen. The owner served me and told me a bit of his story. Very welcoming and friendly. I ordered the poutine for my wife to go and he even packaged it separately so it wasn’t soggy. My wife loved it ! All around excellent experience. Highly recommend if you are looking for soul food that lights the taste buds and warms your stomach.

Amazing authentic Quebecois restaurant in Antigua! I was born in Quebec and while traveling in Antigua, I was so excited to come across this place. My friend and I loved our food (poutine & pate chinois) and I'm planning on going back one more time before I leave the city. The owner is very friendly and passionate, and it really feels like a taste of home with the decor in the restaurant! Just bring some bug spray if you want to sit outside because there are some vicious mosquitoes and the inside of the restaurant is quite small.

The amazing place, very friendly owner, not Canadian but Québec! Very good food, small garden but there are four tables and it is enough! I ate hot dog and my wife ate poutine. Both were very delicious! We must return! Good price!

Great time. I had a nice chat about life and love and spanish verb congugations today. The lasagna was amazing. They sell handcrafted sods and rootbeer. Highly recommended. Also, great cookies and banana bread.

I came here by chance on my way to Cerro de la Cruz. I stopped to get a drink and loved that they had local hard seltzers. The owner was super cool and talked with me about Antigua. I came back to try the food and ordered the Poutine Italiana. It was fantastic. I hope to make it back for the lasagna before my trip ends.

Fantastic food off the beaten path. We've been meaning to come here for a while, and I'll tell you we should have come sooner. I had lasagnas and my wife had a vegetarian pie. Both were fantastic. Comfort food is the theme, and it hits the mark. The service from the owner Esteban was great. Happy to engage in conversation between the timers he keeps as to ensure the meals he's preparing are cooked to perfection. We ate in the charming little garden, but he also has seating inside where you can watch him prepare your meal. Although it's off the beaten path, your stomach and smart watch will be happy you came for a visit.
